It is in very good condition. There is one patch where the paint has scratched off due to the movement of the side rail of the cot rubbing against it when lowered and raised (shown in pictures). This cannot be seen when side rails are on and in its cot form. Currently the cot bed is in its bed state but we have kept all the cot panels, screws etc and still have the original instructions. We can deliver local to Portsmouth or cot bed is available for pick up.
